As both a trained counselor and coach, I adjust my methods to YOUR needs. Though similar, they have different goals.
Counseling is the way we walk through dealing with the 'issues' of your past that are still affecting your thoughts, choices and quality of life, and even your physical health!
Coaching is more about looking ahead and discerning ways accomplishing goals, and keeping you on track to succeed.
Using sports as an analogy, I'd say that counseling is dealing with an injury thats interfering with your game, and coaching is about improving your skills to reach your full potential and play the best game possible.

These are truly the most therapeutic oils I've ever discovered and spas charge enormous fees to add them into your massage, but I use it as a standard (I will use plain castor oil if the rosemary smell is too pungent for you).
