    So what's the difference between Coaching and Counseling?  Counseling is diagnostic, it heavily influenced by looking into the past - we dig in to discover the subconscious, deeply rooted issues hiding down deep to bring them to the surface to address and heal.  

    Coaching is more instructive - its focus is more future oriented.  Think of an athlete with all the potential in the world, but who has a bad coach.  That athlete will never reach his or her max potential until they work with someone who can assess them from outside, point out the slight (or radical) shifts that need to be made to go next level.

    Carolyn brings both styles to the table to meet you where you're at and work effectively with you to get you where you want to go.
